Cancellation Policy

Badge and credentials will be mailed to attendees who have registered before April 17, 2009. There will be no refunds issued after April 17, 2009. All cancellations prior to April 17, 2009 are required in writing and a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Online and pre-registration ends at 12:00 p.m. EST on May 21, 2009. After this time, attendees will need to register onsite. Celebration tickets pre-sales end on May 21, 2009. After this time, celebration tickets will be available at the celebration counters while supplies last for $100. All credits must be used within a year of issue.
